Group Therapy

Group Therapy offers people the comfort that they are not alone when they meet others who are facing similar challenges. It is an incredibly supportive form of therapy that offers a different lens in sharing with the other group members in a therapeutic, safe, and non-judgmental space. Group therapy can foster healthy connections and open our minds and hearts to different people’s experiences, allowing for the development of even more connection, compassion, and understanding.
